Gary Vaynerchuk at FOWA Miami.  If you are in this web game, or you think you are, it would do yourself some good to watch this and pay attention.

Summary: If you aren’t so passionate about what you do that you bleed it, you are doing it wrong.  Step back and rethink your priorities or you’ll be left here in 2009. The rest of us will be waiting for you in 2010+.
